You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving a reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Products or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Exchanges
We do not allow direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item. This allows for a complete reset of the returns policy on the new item.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Products were purchased in the last 30 days.
- The Products are in the original packaging.
- The Products are not used or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returning Products
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to Us. Since we do not charge any restocking, processing, handling, or packaging fees, you will be responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service as We cannot be held responsible for Products damaged or lost in return shipment.
Non-returnable items
- Digitally supplied products due to their non-returnable nature. Please choose your digital/online products carefully before purchasing. We include extensive images and descriptive text components to enable you to better understand each product. We also offer free products in each of our categories so you can test the quality and specifics to allay any concerns prior to purchase. If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to us prior to purchasing digital/online products.
- Products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
- Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Products which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for store credit only, not a refund.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any damages that may result from the use of, or the inability to use the Products. Our responsibility is limited to the transaction value of any Products purchased.
